COPE has produced annual reports since its first general meeting in 1997. The reports contain presentations made at the annual meetings or seminars and details of all the cases presented at the Committee (now Forum) that year. The 2004 meeting was delayed from November when the AGMs were normally held until March 2005, hence the missing year. Since then, AGMs have been held in March each year. The reports for 2006, 2007 and 2008 will be available shortly. After 2008, the reports will cease as presentations from the seminar will be published on the Events page of the website and cases will be published online and in the Newsletter each quarter.

The cases displayed at the bottom of each report are from the previous year's meetings from January to December. These do not necessarily match up with the PDFs of the reports for earlier years as these published cases from the previous 12 months from the date of the Annual Seminar.
